Dear Primary School Families,
Time flies, and we are down to the last two weeks of school! As we approach the end of the year, please note that all after-school activities have finished. Additionally, we have some fun events planned for the last week of school. Spirit Week will take place, filled with themed days and activities, and Field Day-House Families to promote RESPONSIBILITY on June 13th.

PS Spirit Week
We're excited to announce that PS Spirit Week will be held from Tuesday, June 11th to Friday, June 14th! It's a wonderful opportunity for our students to showcase their school spirit and participate in fun, themed activities each day as we celebrate the end of the school year. These are the details on the daily themes and events:
Tuesday, June 11th: Favorite Character Day
Wednesday, June 12th: Wacky Wednesday
Thursday, June 13th: House Field Day (wear house t-shirt/hoodie)
Friday, June 14th: Comfy Day

PS Field Day
We are thrilled to announce that Field Day will take place on Thursday, June 13th! This exciting event will include a variety of fun activities and games for our students to enjoy.

Last Day of School-Dismissal
We want to inform you that the last day of school is Friday, June 14th. On this day, the school schedule for PS/ES will be from 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM.
Proyecto Vida
Please join us in thanking Mara Minski, for her invaluable contributions in planning and coordinating the parent volunteer Proyecto Vida lessons. Mara meticulously updates lessons, year after year, ensuring they are relevant to the issues that Counselors identify as important for each group of students. Mara also makes sure that they are fun and engaging and leave students with important social emotional lessons. Gracias Mara!
Yearbook/Andean
Yearbooks will be delivered to PS students during the last week of school (June 11th-June 14th). Keep in mind these will be delivered to the eldest child. These are the dates on which they will be delivered to the classrooms:
K4-K5: June 12th
G1 and G2: June 13th
HOME ROUTINES THAT SUPPORT SCHOOL Clear routines provide a sense of stability and consistency for children, allowing them to focus on their studies and engage effectively in their learning process. By establishing and reinforcing these routines at home, we can create an environment conducive to academic success. Here are a few suggestions on how you can continue to support your child's routine during these last two weeks of school:

Dear PS Families,
This is a friendly reminder for our upcoming events.
Our K4 students, will be welcoming Paula Ríos, whose stories promise to ignite the imagination of our youngest learners.
Our K5 and 1st Grade students will have the honor of hosting José Alberto Gutierrez, affectionately known as El Señor de los Libros .
Lastly, our 2nd grade students will welcome Antonia Sanín, and her beloved character Detective Equis. Antonia has created a PROMOTIONAL CODE which is CNG for those families interested in buying any of her books. The titles that are purchased through her website will be signed and brought to school on June 12th. Make sure you write the name of your child and his/her homeroom for easy delivery in the “AGREGAR UNA NOTA” section. Detective Equis' Bookstore .

Gate passes sent to the PS office or teachers after 11:00am will not be accepted. Making last minute changes is very difficult for teachers and students.

This is the last CCN so we wanted to take some time to thank you for a wonderful school year and all your involvement in our Counseling Corner Activities.
