CNG Athletics: MS & HS Information

Dear MS/HS Parents

We hope you had a wonderful summer break and we welcome you back to the 2023-2024 school year.

We have made some important changes and improvements to our Athletics activities sign-up and registration process, so please read the information below carefully.

Sign-up for K5-12 grade co-curricular activities will be done online through the Schoolsbuddy™ platform, beginning on August 15 through August 18.

Aditional Information:

Transportation & Entry/Exit

Middle School:

-School entry & exit before and after sports practice: 6th, 7th, and 8th-grade students will arrive and leave through the bridge gate if they come walking. For those who are dropped off and picked up by vehicle, the 4 este will be enabled. When entering campus for morning practice, please arrive before 6:45 to avoid congestion with the PS/ES arriving students. If the arrival time is after 6:45 please wait until 7:10 to enter campus. 

-Students currently enrolled with CNG transportation: If your child currently utilizes CNG transportation, no payment changes will be reflected in your billing statement. They may start using the transportation Tuesday, August 23. The transportation office will send your child’s transportations details, you can contact the transportation office at transportation@cng.edu . 

-Students currently NOT enrolled with CNG Transportation: If you would like to register your child in the CNG transportation service, please contact Yeimy Toncel at ytoncel@cng.edu. CNG will provide options for the transportation method that will be best for your family. Please be aware that the transportation service will only offer routes within the pre-established transport sectors. Students will not be able to use the transportations service until provided with a confirmation email from Yeimy Toncel or the transportation office with route confirmation. 


High School:

On-Campus Parking

CNG On-Campus Parking (for athletic events only):

Parents can park in the upper parking lot with access from 4 Este. For CNG child transportation purposes, parents will not be able to access the parking lot until 4:00 PM. Parking in the lower lot of Transversal Este 1 is no longer available. You can access campus with your fingerprint access or ID card after 4:00 to support your child in athletic competitions.
