Primary School- Kindergarten (K5)
Kindergarten children need to be active every day. Age four to five is a critical period of development that can lead to a lifetime of physical activity. Children should see physical activity as a fun and exciting part of everyday life.
The CNG kindergarten athletic program focuses on-
- Playful exploration
- Fundamental skill development through fun games
- Learn fundamental movements and link them together in play.
Kindergarten program active offerings-

Primary School- Grades 1 and 2
Primary school children also need to be active every day. They should be exposed to a variety of sports and physical activities to develop their interests and motivation. Learning fundamental movement skills is a key to the overall development of physical literacy for a lifetime of health, activity, and social well-being.
The CNG grade 1 and 2 athletic program focuses on-

Elementary- Grades 3-5
Elementary children are ready to begin training according to more formalized methods. Focus shifts to learning, developing, and refining fundamental movement skills and overall sport skills. The emphasis is on training, practicing, and developing skills, rather than on competing. While most children naturally enjoy healthy competition, skills training and practice should be the focus– not winning. This is considered as “The Golden Age of Learning” for athletic skills, so multi-sport participation is important.
