CNG Condor Activities SY 24-25: Registration, Policies, and Payments SY 24-25

Online Registration

SIGN-UP AND REGISTRATION PROCESS

Sign-up for K5-12 grade co-curricular activities will be online through the Schoolsbuddy™ platform from August 13 through 19, 2024.

Schoolsbuddy offers the option to prioritize activity selection. While this does not guarantee receiving all first-choice activities, it ensures registration won't be blocked after an activity is full.

Below we highlight some of the Schoolsbuddy benefits:

User-Friendly Interface: Schoolsbuddy has a modern and intuitive interface that simplifies the sign-up process. Parents will find it easy to navigate and access information about available activities, schedules, and any updates related to their child's participation.

Mobile Accessibility: With Schoolsbuddy, parents can conveniently access the platform through a mobile application that is available for both iOS and Android devices. This means parents can register their children for activities or view schedules on the go, ensuring greater flexibility and convenience.

Customizable Profiles: Schoolsbuddy allows parents to create individual profiles for their children, enabling the input of specific details and preferences related to their interests, allergies, and medical requirements. This customization ensures that we have accurate and up-to-date information, allowing us to provide a safe and tailored experience for each student.

Improved Communication: Schoolsbuddy has enhanced communication features, including direct messaging between parents, activity coordinators, instructors, and coaches. This functionality promotes better collaboration and enables swift and efficient communication, ensuring parents stay informed about changes or important updates regarding their children's activities.

Comprehensive Activity Listings: Schoolsbuddy offers a comprehensive listing of all co-curricular activities available, along with detailed descriptions and information about each activity. This allows parents to make well-informed decisions regarding their child's participation, ensuring they can access many enriching opportunities.

Registration Process and Assignment of Activities: Due to logistical reasons, spaces for some activities are limited, and there is a possibility that the system will not assign the activity of your choice. The Schoolsbuddy platform allows parents to select multiple activities for the same day to address this. If the registration numbers for any activity exceed the maximum capacity, the child will be randomly placed in another selected activity for that day.

We recommend signing up children for all the activities they are interested in. If parents select only one activity and it reaches capacity, the system may not be able to secure their choice but will assign another activity based on their interests.

Below, please find instructions on setting up the Schoolsbuddy account, linking the child's profile, and navigating the platform effectively.
