CNG Condor Activities SY 2021-2022: Registration, Policies, and Payments SY 21-22


Online Registration


Registration will be online through Skyward from Wednesday, August 18, to Tuesday, August 24. We encourage early registration since enrollment is limited and spaces are assigned on a first-come-first-serve basis.  

You can find the schedules for activities HERE We invite you to look through it before logging into Skyward; this will ensure you are aware of all the activities available and choose the ones you want to register your child.

We also recommend registering your child only in the activities that he/she will enroll in to allow all students to get the activity of their choice.

To register your son/daughter in activities, you need your Skywards ID and password. Please ensure that you can log in correctly; this will help you avoid issues on the registration date. Please follow the instructions. HERE

Parents can log in as many times as necessary to make changes while the system is open. Please understand that classes will be assigned based on the day the change was made. Late changes may lead to requested classes being full. 

Once online registration closes on August 24, parents may request changes by sending an email to Condor Activities at:; no later than August 26.

Uniform requirements will be sent before the first week of classes. 

Arts, Cooking, and Science & Technology class materials will be provided by CNG.

Condor Activities Conditions

The Condor Activities Office will closely supervise classes.

Most classes are taught in Spanish, providing non-native speakers an opportunity to immerse themselves in local culture.

Instructors report daily attendance and other relevant information to the Condor Activities Office. In addition, the Condor Activities Office will contact parents for any issues related to the activity the child is registered in.

Students must attend classes regularly. If a child is unable to participate in class, please inform the Condor Activities Office at:

Parents must commit to paying for the activity once they have registered their children.

Instructor Requirements

Instructors teach in their area of expertise.

All instructors have a technical and/or professional degree.


Uniform is required for Ballet and Martial Arts activities. The Martial Arts uniform may be ordered through the school, and information will be sent prior to the beginning of classes.


Standard fees: cover the cost of staffing.

Additional fees: vary by activity and may include costs such as martial arts test fee.

Holidays or special school days are not charged. 

Families signing up for three or more complete activities have a 5% discount applied to the standard activity fee.          

CNG staff signing up for a complete activity have a 5% discount applied to the standard activity fee.   


Please be aware that no CNG bus transportation  will be available after Condor Activities classes in the afternoons.



Primary School:

Students in grades K5, 1st, and 2nd grade will depart campus through the main gate, either walking or by vehicle.

Elementary School:

3rd, 4th, and 5th-grade students will leave through the bridge gate if they come walking.

For those dropped off and picked up by vehicle, they will use the Carrera 4 Este.

Middle and High School:

Students will depart campus through the main gate.

Students with siblings in Primary and Elementary:

The exit will be through the main gate, either if they arrive walking or by vehicle.

External Transportation:

Mi Águila and La Calera routes will use the Carrera 4 Este.

Payments, Withdrawls, and Changes




  • Once a student's registration is submitted online, parents accept to be billed for the activity.
  • Parents of enrolled students will be invoiced with the CNG billing cycles. Payment instructions will be included.

Withdrawals and Activity Changes

  • Changes will be approved depending on space availabilityHowever, late changes may keep students from getting the class of their choice.
  • If a student withdraws between September 1 to September 7, we will charge 15% of the cost of the activity.
  • If a student withdraws between September 8 to September 18, 2021, we will charge 25% of the cost of the activity.
  • If a student withdraws between September 19 to September 30, 2021, we will charge 35% of the cost of the activity.
  • If a student withdraws between October 1 to October 15, 2021, we will charge 50% of the cost of the activity.
  • There are no reimbursements for withdrawals starting October 16, 2021

Cancelled Classes 

  • Classes will take place as scheduled unless cancellation is required for reasons of force majeure. Canceled classes due to force majeure will be rescheduled when possible.

Missed Classes and Schedule Overlaps 

  • Condor classes will always be rescheduled in case of instructor absence. We are, however, unable to reschedule or make up classes missed by individual students due to personal (sickness, trips, appointments) or school-based reasons (CWW, Math Olympics, plays, athletic events, etc.). We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
