A CNG Staff/Faculty member will have three scenarios regarding housing for the forthcoming year:
- Remain in the same apartment for the forthcoming school year.
- Change apartment upon termination of the lease contract of the current apartment. Under this scenario, no penalty is incurred as long as the contract renewal dates are complied with. The staff member may have to pay rent and utilities for both apartments at the same time. In case a staff member needs further information on this, they may contact: dmfernandez@cng.edu & maria.mosquera@cng.edu.
- Change apartment prior to the lease expiration date. Under this scenario, a financial penalty will be charged to the Staff/Faculty member.
