Office Hours for all Faculty/Staff - Please note that feedback we have received from other schools which are conducting DL is that the email barrage can become overwhelming. We have structured in the schedules K4-12 specific Office Hours. This is time when faculty/staff will be answering emails from students and parents as well as colleagues. As well, this will be time when synchronous meetings can be scheduled and conducted between faculty/staff and members of our community.

• For 2020-2021, PS/ES faculty and staff will be having office hours, preparing for classes, and answering emails from 2:00 - 3:30 most days.
• Although in MS/HS faculty and staff will be preparing for classes and answering emails from 8:30 - 10:00 AM, they will typically set up office hours on 3:30 - 4:30 PM (except on Tuesdays and the days when they have Opportunity Day for students).
